Hi,

I am the mother of a Junior Pee Wee Capital City Steeler (Andrew Tuazama age 9). Currently the Junior Pee Wee Steelers are triuphing in an 11-0 season. The team is the 2008 CFF champions and are representing the Federation in the Mid-South Pop Warner Regionals. My son Andrew is one the youngest on the team, but played an important role on the definsive line. I would love for the pintsized NBC 17 crew to feature the Junior Pee Wee Steelers.

Hope to see you soon.
Proud Mom
Zelda Tuazama

My son’s plays for Cary Pop Warner with the PeeWee Division 1 League. He is 11. His team is headed to Charlotte to play in the Regional Finals playoffs and if they win that game they are off to Orlando for the Pop Warner Nationals.

Please include this age group with the Pint-sized sports. These kids and their coaches work hard and deserve to be mentioned and recognized.

They just played in Virginia and the team they beat had not lost a game in 3 years, so this is a deserving recognition.

My son also plays with the PeeWee Division I league for Cary Pop Warner. This team has definitely worked so hard and beat the odds. They won their last play off game in Charlotte and beat another undefeated team. Their coach says they have more heart than any other team they’ve played, and he’s right. They deserve recognition. My husband also has lots and lots of video if you want to put a segment of them on TV!

could you e mail me the video of lillington verse dunn back in 07 my son played on the lillington team

Hey Penn,

Which Pint-sized video will you be showing tonight? I, as well as my daughter, were involved with the Smithfield Parks and Rec 5-7yr old basketball league. Just didn’t wanna miss it.

Thanks and take care,

Tink Jones

I was wonderfing when you will air the DiamondJacks t-ball team from Holly Springs? You filmed the game many weeks ago. Thanks

I love your take on sports. Pint sized sports is awesome. It really gives our young emerging athletes a chance to shine. Would it be possible for you to email me or report the video from last September featuring the Wake Forest Titans flag team? I believe it was the week of Septembe 17. It was my son’s first footbal game ever and believe it or not, he scored a touchdown. The grandparents would love to be able to see it again. Okay–his parents also want to see it again! Thanks.
